Product Warranty Policy

▎1. The scope of application of the quality assurance policy:
This warranty policy applies to switching power supply products (hereinafter referred to as "products") purchased directly from TOTIWO and within the effective warranty period.
▎2. Warranty period:
All TOTIWO brand products are guaranteed for five years, and the warranty period is in accordance with the time period agreed in the contract. During the warranty period, a warranty card or other valid certificate must be provided.
▎Three, quality assurance service:
When installing TOTIWO products, please strictly follow the installation instructions and precautions in the product manual, and install and use in accordance with the product manual. In the case of material, manufacturing and other quality problems during normal use, TOTIWO will provide quality assurance services in accordance with this quality warranty policy.
3.1 Types of Warranty Service:
3.1.1 Online remote free service:
For common simple fault problems: TOTIWO provides remote technical guidance through instant messaging tools such as telephone, WeChat, email, and remote software to help users solve problems in the process of using the device. Including but not limited to power cord connection problems, software usage, parameter setting system software problems, shell, power supply, motherboard replacement problems, etc.
3.1.2 Return to factory maintenance service:
a) When the online remote service cannot solve the problem, TOTIWO will confirm with the customer whether to return to the factory for repair.
b) If you need to return to the factory for repair, the customer can ship the product or parts that need to be repaired to the nearest TOTIWO repair service point, or directly ship to the TOTIWO factory repair service center, and the customer bears the return shipping, insurance, and customs duties. And customs clearance fees. After the repair is completed, TOTIWO will send the product or parts back to the customer, and only bear the return shipping cost.
c) TOTIWO does not accept pay-on-delivery and logistics parts, nor is it responsible for any customs duties and customs clearance costs incurred when returning repaired parts to customers. TOTIWO is not responsible for damage or loss caused by transportation and packaging.
3.1.3 Provide engineer on-site service for products with quality problems:
a) In the event of a quality problem as stipulated in Article 4 of the Essential Warranty Clause, and TOTIWO deems it necessary, TOTIWO will provide on-site engineer service free of charge.
b) Before providing on-site service, the customer should provide TOTIWO with a fault report to apply for on-site service. The content of the fault report includes but is not limited to photos, videos, number of faults, etc. so that TOTIWO can make preliminary fault judgments. If the TOTIWO engineer’s on-site analysis determines that the quality problem is not covered by the warranty, the customer shall pay the engineer’s travel expenses and pay the technical service fee in accordance with the standards in Article 6.4.
c) The defective parts replaced on site are owned by Shenzhen Totiwo Technology Co., Ltd.
