(1) Fire control rooms, fire pumps, fire elevators, smoke prevention and exhaust facilities, automatic fire alarms, automatic fire extinguishing devices, fire emergency lighting and electric fire doors and windows, roller shutters, valves and other fire-fighting power, the first class of buildings should be in accordance with the current state The first-class load specified in the power design code requires power supply; the above-mentioned fire-fighting power for the second-class building should be supplied according to the two-circuit line requirements of the second-class load.

(2) For fire control and other disaster prevention systems, when the building receives high-voltage power, it should be separated from the low-voltage outlet of the transformer to form its own power supply system, that is, an independent disaster-prevention power supply system.

(3) The two power sources or two circuits of the fire-fighting electrical equipment of the first-class building shall be automatically switched at the last-level distribution box.

(4) The automatic fire alarm system shall be equipped with main power supply and DC backup power supply.

(5) The main power supply of the automatic fire alarm system should be fire-fighting power supply, and the DC backup power supply should be the special battery of the fire alarm controller. When the DC backup power supply adopts the storage battery of the fire protection system, the fire alarm controller shall adopt a separate power supply circuit.

(6) Refer to the table below for the minimum continuous power supply time of various fire-fighting electrical equipment during a fire.

(7) For the power supply transformers of second-class buildings, two should be selected when the high voltage is one power supply. Only one transformer can be selected when the low-voltage backup power supply can be obtained from another user.

(8) The power distribution station (room) should be equipped with a special fire-fighting switchboard (box). If possible, the fire-fighting power distribution room should be arranged as close to the fire control room as possible.

(9) For large-capacity (or more concentrated) fire-fighting power facilities (such as fire-fighting elevators, fire-fighting water pumps, etc.), radial power supply should be used from the power distribution room.

For fire emergency lighting, fire-fighting linkage control equipment, fire alarm controllers and other facilities, if distributed power supply is used, dedicated fire-fighting power distribution panels (boxes) should be installed on each floor (or no more than 3 to 4 floors).

(10) In a civil building with a fire control room, the two independent power sources (or two circuits) of the fire-fighting electrical equipment should be automatically switched at the power distribution panel (box) in the following places:

1. Fire control room; 2. Fire pump room; 3. Fire elevator machine room; 4. Smoke prevention equipment machine room; 5. Fire emergency lighting power distribution box; 6. Fire power distribution box on each floor, etc.

(11) The DC operating power supply voltage of the fire-fighting linkage control device shall be 24V.

(12) The battery capacity of the DC backup power supply of the fire alarm controller shall be calculated based on the sum of the power consumption of the fire alarm controller for 30 minutes after the fire alarm controller has been working for 24 hours under monitoring.

(13) The main components and wires such as distribution boxes and control boxes for fire-fighting equipment should be fire-resistant and heat-resistant. When combined with other electrical equipment, the wiring of the fire-fighting equipment should be heat-resistant and heat-insulated. And the fire power supply should not be affected by other failures. The panel of the fire-fighting power supply equipment should be marked with a "fire-fighting" sign.

(14) The branch lines of the power distribution system for fire-fighting electrical equipment should not cross fire compartments, and branch trunk lines should not cross fire compartments.

(15) The power supply of fire-fighting electrical equipment should not be equipped with leakage protection. When a ground fault occurs in the line, a single-phase grounding alarm device should be installed.

(16) Self-provided emergency power generation equipment for fire fighting power should be equipped with an automatic starting device and be able to supply power within 15s. When the mains power is switched to the diesel generator power supply, the automatic device should execute the procedure of stopping before sending. And a certain time interval should be guaranteed. After receiving the "mains recovery" signal, delay for a certain time, and then switch the diesel engine to the mains.
